Dosage:
From the first month of pregnancy, apply a small amount of cream once or twice a day to your belly, hips, thighs, and chest. Massage in using circular motions until completely absorbed. It is recommended to continue using it for up to 3 months after delivery, avoiding the breasts if breastfeeding.
