Pranarom Organic Peppermint Essential Oil

A hybrid of Mentha aquatica and Spearmint, this 80 cm plant is very perennial. Its stems are quadrangular, and its leaves are oval, sharp, and serrated. It thrives in cool, clayey, and calcareous soils. It is distilled in June, just before flowering.

Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 4 drops daily. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 4 drops - 150 mg.

Tips
