Ana M ª Lajusticia was born in Bilbao in 1924. She has a degree in chemistry from the University of Madrid and has studied agriculture and animal food, publishing articles on the topic in journals.
Since the early 70s, he devoted himself to the study of Foods, based in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, participating in several conferences on this subject.
His extensive knowledge and expertise led her to write his first book "The balanced diet in modern life, which was an extraordinary success, which was followed by nine other works, two of which have been translated into French, German, Dutch and Portuguese.
