How to use

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 to 3 capsules, 3 times a day. In times of need: take 1 to 2 capsules, one hour before bedtime.
ES Valeriana (estandarizado al 0.8% de ácido valerénico): 200 mg, ES Pasiflora (estandarizado al 2.0% en flavonoides totales): 100 mg, ES Espino blanco (estandarizado al 1.8% en Vitexina): 50
mg, Triptófano: 150 mg.
