Lamberts Multi-Guard® ADR 60 Capsules

Multi-Guard® ADR is a food supplement with a specialized formula of multivitamins and minerals that provides a wide and optimal combination of nutrients and plant extracts, all focused on contributing to normal energy metabolism.
Korean Ginseng is one of the most studied herbs, and has a long tradition of use as an adrenal adaptogen. In our formula there is 400mg of Korean Ginseng root (as 40mg of extract), providing 8mg of ginsenosides. We have also included 500mg of Rhodiola Rosea, (as 125mg of extract). Many combination formulas simply contain the whole plant as a powder, rather than in extracts.
Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10), also known as ubiquinone, is a vitamin-like substance found within every cell in the human body and plays an important role in energy release. We've included a total of 30mg, which is an impressive amount for a multiple formula.
Taurine amino acid comes in a 50mg dose in our formula. Studies show that it inhibits the release of adrenaline, which is the hormone secreted by the adrenal glands under stress.
Other nutrients present in Multi-Guard® ADR include: vitamin C, iron, copper and zinc that contribute, among other benefits, to normal energy metabolism.
All B complex vitamins are included as they are recognized for their contribution to normal energy metabolism. There is special emphasis on pantothenic acid, as it can contribute both to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as well as normal mental performance. Magnesium deficiency has become commonplace, which is why we have included 250 mg of magnesium per daily dose in Multi-Guard® ADR.
This mineral contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and also plays an essential role in reducing tiredness and fatigue.

This product contains iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. A prolonged intake of this amount of vitamin B6 can cause slight tingling or numbness.
