Each capsule contains 750 mg of virgin evening primrose oil*, the main source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid, two essential omega-6 fatty acids essential for the body. All the benefits of a quality virgin, unrefined vegetable oil* obtained by mechanical cold pressing of the seeds.

Dosage

From 12 to 18 years: 1 to 2 capsules a day.

From 18 years of age: 2 to 4 capsules daily.
